TR-SMEER - The Black Sea - undiscovered pearl of Turkey
1. Day: Flights to Istanbul

Upon arrival you are greeted by your local guide and accompanied to the hotel. (Overnight stay)

2. Day: Full day City break in Istanbul and Boats trips on Bosporus

After breakfast, you will learn the different neighborhoods of Istanbul know. First you will visit the most famous mosque of Turkey, the Blue Mosque. Then look at the Hippodrome and visit the most important monument of the Byzantine Empire: the Hagia Sophia. Since the Turkish occupation it was the main mosque of Istanbul and is now a museum. The Büyük Çamlica (Great Camlica) and Küçük Çamlica (Small Camlica) offer the most beautiful panoramic views of Istanbul. Then visit Anadolu Kavagi, the last station at the mouth of the Bosporus into the Black Sea. The area on the Bosphorus, that strait that connects the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara, was a "landscape of power and distance," enthused Gustave Flaubert (French writer), who once rode along the shore. 4. Day: Gerede – Devrek – Amasra – Bartin – Safranbolu

Enjoy today the ride through the magnificent Anatolian region with valleys, springs, thick forests - pure nature! Old wooden houses from the time of the Ottomans along the way. 6. Day: Hamsilos - Fjord – Gerze – Samsun

In the morning you explore Sinop in a small city tour. Worth seeing is the. From the 3rd century. BC. 7. Day: Ordu: Visit a hazelnut plantation – Giresun – Picknick – Trabzon

Today you drive along the impressive Black Sea coast, past the harbor town of Fatsa and Ünye, Ordu to where you visit a hazelnut plantation. In your next stop Giresun one lives on the hazelnut harvest. A dream place surrounded by the sea, forest and pastures, located on a promontory, offers its visitors a breathtaking view over the city and the sea. At a picnic to enjoy the view and taste the regional delicacies such as Görele - a taste sticking stone oven pide and kofte (meatballs). 8. Day: Sümela monastery – Hagia Sophia – Camlıhemsin - Zilkale - Ayder/plateau

9. Day: Easy Treking in Nationalpark (8 km) Ayder-plateau

10. Tag: Rize: Visit a tea plantation – Hopa

Along the stunning coastline of the Black Sea they're going to Rize, at the foot of the Kaçkar Mountains. Here in the center of the Turkish tea and Kiwianbaus where over 60 percent of Turkish tea crop to be harvested, visit a tea plantation and a factory (weather permitting). About denCankurtaran Pass (690 meters) you will reach Artvin - the smallest provincial capital of Turkey. You then travel to Hopa, where you move into your hotel and dinner. 11. Day :National Park Kaçkar Mountains - Kiwi plantation - Trabzon

Through the "Lesser Caucasus" drive back to Trabzon. On your way you will encounter pastures, dickbohligen wooden huts, dense forests, white flowering meadows and with a little luck you get a look at the always snowcapped peak Kackar Dagli (3,932 meters). During your journey you make a stop and visit a kiwi plantation and a walk through the mountain village of Ayden. In the evening check into the hotel in Trabzon. (Breakfast / Dinner / Night)

12. Day: Back fight to Home.
